Many retailers sell what are known in the industry as "7 year rating" huts. This means that after 7 years, you will most likely experience significant deterioration. Our huts are premium quality "*20 year rating" huts. 

The shingles on the roof are made from 5mm thick iron wood (not the regular 3mm). The roof is well insulated and is comprised of 4 layers - timber shingles, aluminium insulation, ply wood and then bamboo matting.

Posts and flooring are made from 100% old coco wood (ensuring low moisture content). Posts and roof trims are all hand carved by traditional Balinese carvers.

All huts are supplied standard with terracotta crown, concrete footers, railings, deck, steps and extra shingles plus a tin of stain for future touch ups. Huts are fairly easy to assemble if you have some basic "handyman knowledge". If you would like your hut assembled, we can recommend installers. Huts cost from $900 to be installed depending on your variables.
